Posizione eccelente garage coperto ,supermercato a 10 mt+ fermata bus per Cannes o Antibes centro e spiaggie supercomodo,bancomat e farmacia 15 mt

Ascensore 7 piano e parti comuni da incubo,da mancare il fiato, terrazzo non agibile per aria condizionata che butta il caldo al tavolino,Antibes in generale caldo asfissiante di una città

Très bien placé, plages et commerces à proximité immédiate. Climatisation dans la pièce principale.

Pas de climatisation dans la chambre, pas de rideaux dans la chambre (les volets laissent passer un peu de lumière), le canapé lit grince beaucoup.

C’était très bien placé tout équipé et à proximité de toutes les commerces la plage

The location of that flat is great, 2 min walk from the beach, from the supermarket (you can access from the shared garage). The flat is located North, meaning there is no sun, so also a good point when it's very hot outside, however, the living room has a AirCon. All the necessary stuff were offered: a tablet to do our laundry, for the dish washer. You also have your own private underground garage

The convertible bed in the living room is not comfortable as the mattress is bent. So my back was hurt during the stay. Unlucky, the building did not have hot water for 2 days.
