The location of that flat is great, 2 min walk from the beach, from the supermarket (you can access from the shared garage). The flat is located North, meaning there is no sun, so also a good point when it's very hot outside, however, the living room has a AirCon.
All the necessary stuff were offered: a tablet to do our laundry, for the dish washer.
You also have your own private underground garage
The convertible bed in the living room is not comfortable as the mattress is bent. So my back was hurt during the stay. Unlucky, the building did not have hot water for 2 days.

We had great 4 nights in Marina bay. it’s all new and clean, the location is very good, close to the beach and to restaurants. Beds are comfortable, Internet is good.The parking place is also very good.I put 9 overall just because I believe that “ there is always place for improvement” in general.
