There was 30degrees in bathroom despite floor heating was turned off. Washing machine was not working. AC was not working (just blowing hot air even when set to cooling function).

Location is ok, building is new, there is elevator, parking is provided, wifi is excellent, wide choice of tv channels, beautiful terrace with chairs

In description is false information, this is not apartment with 2 bedrooms but studio (enclosed are photos), one room in which are kitchen, dining table and double bed and in narrow corridor are 2 bunk beds. There is additional room but it is locked and with Private sign on it. I had made reservation and paid for apartment not studio and such misleading information should not be allowed. Everything is basic, on terrace there are no chairs cushions, when I asked for even one the answer was no, but on info pictures we can see them, another false info. Near the sink was left for dish washing disgusting used dish sponge, in wardrobe is brush for cleaning floors which is really ridiculous. Another 2 wardrobes are also locked (see photos) . Pillow case is much bigger than pillows, which is uncomfortable. Except of 4 tea bags there is nothing else hosts usually left as complimentary, no salt, pepper, no map of Bled, nothing, this is not obligatory of course but could be nice welcome gesture.
