Good apartment for the price, but nothing more than that

The place is a fine and spacey apartment, with a good location, and very comfy beds. The kitchen is nice but only has the bare minimum utensils to cook, and we had to buy dishwasher soap, salt. trash bags, baking paper, toiletpaper ect ourselves. We also had a toilet that wasn't working for 4 days, and the water got shut off for a day without warning. The owner did try their best to fix it and ended up compensating us. The cleaning was ok but it has mold near the windows in the living room and on the whole ceiling in the bathroom. Generally an okay apartment for the price.and with somd improvements it could become a fantastic place.

Nice apartment on a good location

Everything was good. The apartment is nice and big, equipped with everything we needed.. kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, balcony, wifi, free parking. Self-checkin and checkout was easy. The location of the apartment is very good, just a few minutes walk of Bled lake, and restaurants.

DISGUSTING

The apartment itself is ok for this price and location. We had some problems entering the building due to the old door lock. But if that was the biggest problem, I would be very happy. The biggest problem was cleanliness. Right after our arrival, we had to sweep the bathroom first, because the floor was full of small hairs and other garbage. A bit disgusting, because the apartment was obviously not cleaned before our arrival. There were also problems with towells, they were washed, therefore there were OLD STAINS all over it. The biggest juice was at 1 in the morning, when we wanted to stretch out the couch to bed. The fact that the sheet was ALREADY on the yogi immediately disturbed me a little. But the worst was because the sheet was FULL OF SMALL MEN HAIRS and various DIRT that I don't even want to know since when they were there. Also, when we brought pillows from closet, they were also dirty and full of small HAIR. Disgusting. A very unpleasant situation. To top it all off, the uncomfortable bed CREAKED with every movement. Disaster experience, I want my money back for the cleaning. Until the provider solves the cleanliness problem, I do not recommend staying here.

Very good

The apartment is situated close to the lake, perfect for a couple or three persons.

The owner and other neighbors should solve their parking situation. We had a lot of unpleasant experiences, and we were even worried that our car would be damaged. They(neighbors? )left evena note on our car to warn us about "their private park place" that we occupied. After calling the owner, he did not seem worried about it and said that we could park in front of the building. Several hours later, we found a traffic cone on top of the car. After sending an e-mail to the owner with the photo and an explanation of the whole thing, we got our answer after we checked out. I also think it is a disgrace to take a 50 euro security deposit without informing us first. Only after I paid what I thought the whole amount of the money, I got an e-mail stating I would need to pay some tourist taxes and 50 euro deposit. Without doing this step, you can not get the code for the key- safe located at the entrance of the building. I would expect that a person who takes a deposit for his rental also takes care of it and keeps it clean. But this was also not the case.

Sub-Par Customer Service

Close to grocery store and the lake. Large, open spaces. Includes a washing machine.

The apartment is managed by a property management company, and the customer service is TERRIBLE! They are slow to respond to questions, and when they do they give only minimal information that only prompts more questions. Wifi never worked, which was a big problem for us because we needed to work remotely. Heat didn't work. No instructions on how to use the washer, and the management company had no idea how to use it either. Most of our questions could have been answered if they just had an informative guest manual.

Superb

Great short term rental, "lockbox" airbnb style, particularly good value for a family with children.

There was some kind of hygiene mixup in the entryway (we guessed some rotting meat was left in trashbins in between guests) that was genuinely upsetting. I would recommend cleaning be timed more conservatively!

Gone downhill since our last stay

The washing machine worked The ‘service man’ who changed the shower curtain and bathroom light was friendly and brought us extra towels and toilet paper Bus station, lake and supermarket can be reached on foot within 10 mins

We’ve stayed here on two previous occasions when it was called ACE Apartments and it was perfectly adequate, so we didn’t read the reviews - we really should have done…It’s now under new management and standards have gone downhill. For a 9 night stay at over €150 per night, we expected better quality. The door was really hard to open and took us several attempts before we realised you have to have the key in a certain position The shower curtain was mouldy, only 2 lumpy pillows and there were no mugs or teaspoons in the cupboards. Also no soap, although this is listed in the facilities. I sent a message to the owner to be told soap and extra pillows were not supplied. I had to remind them about the shower curtain. The bathroom light also flickered. The ‘service man’ replaced the light and shower curtain the next day. We eventually found mugs and teaspoons in the dishwasher which I assumed had been left there by the previous occupants. If this was a shorter stay, the following wouldn’t have bothered me, but for 9 nights made things difficult - there was no drying rack, which was listed in the facilities and we had to hang wet clothes over chairs. Given the temperature (34 deg C every day), there was no fan, also no filters for the coffee machine. Although the location is convenient, it’s at the junction of 2 busy roads and lots of people shouting at each other at 3am. Due to the heat and noise, we didn’t get a full night’s sleep the entire time we were there (it was slightly noisy during our previous visits, but it’s got a lot worse in the last 3 years).

We always love Bled and found this apartment close to the lake, however too noisy for us

It was a nice property, with 2 balconies. We felt comfortable there and always had parking.

It is located on or around busy roads which create a lot of noise through the day and night. No air con, the washing machine wasn’t working. When we arrived no one met us at the property and we had to figure out how to switch everything on, even electricity (which for most people would be hard to find). Poor communication from the host as well, even after we contacted them. Some apartment owners wondered who we were and why we are parking there. No instructions on how to use facilities, no advice about the area etc.

The hosting company is excellent - communicative, helpful and very pleasant.

The place breathes that it’s someone’s place who’s invested in some random bricks in the hope to make a quick buck. The room, bathroom and furniture are not impressive to say the least. Broken blinds, kitchen furniture falling apart, lights and ventilators not working - nothing a disaster, but far from impressive. The hosting company doesn’t seem to be properly informed by the owners about the rental details (E.g. which parking places, how to switch on hot water) We had a price-matched booking from Corona times due to which we got a good deal, but for the going price we would have been seriously upset by the lacking value-for-money.

Der vorgesehene Parkplatz war besetzt. Beim freien Parkplatz daneben haben wir die Aufforderung erhalten, den Parkplatz frei zu machen. Wir haben eine Nacht woanders parken müssen.

Kellemes környezetben, tágas, felszerelt szállás. Ha az apró dolgokon javítanak, tökéletesnek lehetne mondani és nyugodt

Szép, tágas, felszerelt. Konyhában tényleg minden van, vízforraló, mikró, tűzhely, sütő. 4 személyes ebédlőasztal. Erkély, kiülőkkel. Ágynemű, és törölközők bőven van. Kanapé ami ággyá is nyitható+ 1 szoba francia ággyal. Vasaló vasalódeszkával. Hajszárító. Konvektor ha fáznál. Tv mindenféle nyelvű adókkal. Ingyen wifi. Puzzle ha unatkoznál ;) Ha összességébe nézem apróságokon kívül én végülis kellemes emlékkel távoztam. Nyugodt, csendes környezet. A főúton lévő legközelebbi éttermet nagyon ajánlom.

Az ajtózár szorult. Nem tudtunk először bemenni. De segített egy munkás aki éppen a folyosón javított. Az előtérben nem volt jó a világítás. A fürdő egy-két foltban penészes. Elszívó nem működik. Ez orvosolható lenne, ha megfelelő lenne a takarító személyzet és odafigyelne rá. De ennek ellenére is jó szívvel ajánlanám.

Vrata stanovanja v bloku niso vidno označena s podatki o lastniku. Stanovanje je potrebno temeljito očistit, zamenjat jogije, ker močno škripajo, na hodniku zamenjati žarnico, dokupit posodo v kuhinji in kuhinjo temeljito očistiti.
