appartamento piccolo ma ben arredato e ottimo per due persone

Everything. Very beautiful and modern little apartment close to a calm historical center.
Parking nearby could be tricky.

- Apartment very clean
- very good condition, it looks like it’s new
- didn’t use any appliances but they looked great
- the owner was lovely even if we don’t speak italian
- good value for the price
- location gives a local authentic feeling
- What I believe is a water pump is very noisy and may be triggered aswell by the apartment on top.
In our case it didn’t activate at night, it wasn’t a problem to sleep.
- Soundproofing with the apartment on top may be light. It was in renovation at the time so nobody at night.
- Absence of windows would make it difficult to spend entire days inside.
