A large en suite room with a very comfortable bed. Tea, coffee and biscuits were provided.
This is obviously a newly built house and lots of the finishing detail had yet to be installed. There was no TV (not a major issue). The toilet was very loose on the floor and seemed to be in danger of falling over. When I arrived at around 3pm, the owner was not at home and after some difficulty I tracked her down and was informed check in would not be until after 5 as she was working. This could have been explained upon booking. I was able to locate a spare front door key which I managed to get working eventually. It is about a 40 min walk into Ballyvaughan.

The host was very kind and friendly. She checked in a lot to make sure I had what I needed. The room itself was very cozy and neat, with an electric kettle that was very nice to have in the morning.

It was perfectly clean and felt very private. Friendly hostess that showed us the room. Great wifi connection and nice touch with tea and biscuits in the room. Lovely big bathroom with a nice shower.
It was not really much else but a room and ensuite so not a place you'd be but for sleep and to freshen up. A coffee table and chair and som hooks on the walls to hang a coat would have improved it nicely

Clean & car park.
Its just bed and toilet with shower. No everyday amenities or commodities such as a water glass, coat rack, chair, kettle, tea/coffee, toilet brush, etc. The room would have space and opportunities to increase comfort.
