De todos los alojamientos de mi viaje, este fue uno de mis favoritos. Al ser estilo apartamento, ofrecía mucho espacio y comodidad. Las camas eran muy cómodas y la distribución de la habitación era excelente para dos personas, con la ventaja de contar con una cama adicional oculta para huéspedes extra. También aprecié mucho la lavadora y el área exterior para secar la ropa. El baño era amplio y muy cómodo. Aunque estaba algo alejado de la estación de tren, tenía un 7-Eleven muy cerca y varios restaurantes excelentes a poca distancia.
La distancia a la estación de tren puede requerir caminar un poco más de lo habitual. Además, el área para tender ropa era útil, pero tenía espacio limitado para secar una gran cantidad de ropa al mismo tiempo.

The host was very considerate and responsive. The location is very good, walking distance from the stations, I also love how the supplies are provided, aside from the usual toiletries, there is detergent soaps and other cleaning supplies. The place was spacious compared to how the usual hotel space in Japan is. There are a lot of local stores in the area that are worth trying, a nearby Family mart and local grocery as well. There is also a nearby park which has Cherry blossom and playground.
Not really unlike but just a comment, I did not expect the floor to be made of wood which is maybe common in Japan, so we had to be extra quiet to not disturb the residence downstairs, it is quite hard specially if you are travelling with a kid who always runs in the room 😅 this is not anyone's fault, I just got a little scared when on our first day the neighbor downstairs threatened to call the Police if we won't keep the noise down which is really unintentional on our part, but that's it, after that first day encounter, everything went smoothly and our stay has been good overall.

The room is indeed quite spacious since we were only 3 pax they got balcony to dry off ur laundry. Clean.
It was on level 3 u have to drag ur big luggage up there and if u arrive midnight u got complaint by the neighbour for the noises.

3 of us stayed. Large space for Tokyo, comfortable and clean. Not exactly close to central Tokyo but the station (Akabane) is well connected to many great lines. Akabane is also a cool area with lots going on. Love the size of the balcony.
