De netheid. Zeer goed uitgeruste keuken. Tostimaker, citruspers, vuilniszakken, keukenrol, servetten, water, welkomstdrankjes. Alleen geen kruiden om te koken, maar supermarkten zijn dichtbij. Veel apotheken, tankstations. Alles dichtbij. De privé parkeerplaats is fijn. Alle deuren hebben horren. Dichtbij het vliegveld en Lefkada, hoofdstad. Goede keus al met al.
De drukke weg voor het huis. De wifi deed het niet. De afwasmachine ging na het 2e gebruik niet aan. Het fornuis werkte soms slecht. De pannen waren reusachtig, pasten bijna niet op het fornuis. Kleinere pannen zou praktischer zijn. Ontvangst was prettig en communicatie goed.
