Villas On The Clouds

Absolutely exceptional in every aspect! We had an absolutely fantastic stay and can genuinely give this accommodation a 10/10 in every category. What stood out most was the exceptional level of service throughout our entire stay. Every member of staff and every contact person we dealt with was incredibly friendly, helpful, welcoming and professional. Communication was excellent from beginning to end, and we always felt very well looked after. A particularly impressive aspect was the cleanliness. The apartment was cleaned every single day and brought back to an exceptionally high standard, which is something you definitely cannot take for granted when staying in an apartment. Everything always felt fresh, clean and perfectly maintained. The apartment itself is modern, stylish and extremely well equipped. From the bathrooms and air conditioning to the kitchen, everything is in excellent condition and makes a longer stay very comfortable. Having a washing machine available was another big advantage. The pool area is also fantastic and provides the perfect place to relax after spending the day exploring the island. The location is another major benefit. While the property is not within walking distance of the beach, we actually found the location extremely convenient for exploring Lefkada. With a car, you can quickly reach both the west and east coasts of the island, many different beaches, as well as Lefkada Town. The road connections make it very easy to explore different parts of the island instead of being limited to just one area. We also really appreciated all the recommendations and tips we received regarding beaches, restaurants and places to visit. Every recommendation we tried during our stay was excellent and made our holiday even better. Overall, everything from the accommodation, cleanliness and facilities to the pool, location, communication and especially the outstanding service exceeded our expectations.

It is honestly quite difficult to find something to write in the “What didn’t you like?” section after giving a 10/10. 😄

Φανταστική θέα, αψεγάδιαστη καθαριότητα και φιλοξενία πολύ υψηλού επιπέδου. Ο κος Σπύρος έχει δημιουργήσει τις συνθήκες για μια ολιστική εμπειρία ξεκούρασης, απόλαυσης και ξενοιασιάς-και πάντα με μια ενδιαφέρουσα κουβέντα και πληροφορία. Η Αγγελική είναι πάντα παρούσα για οτιδήποτε χρειαστεί. Πρόκειται για κατάσταση-μοντέλο για το πώς μπορούν να είναι πραγματικά οι διακοπές στην Ελλάδα και βρίσκεται σε πλήρη αντίθεση με τα προκάτ, άψυχα, πρόχειρα καταλύματα που έχουν κατακλείσει τη χώρα. Πολλά συγχαρητήρια.

Soggiorno semplicemente perfetto! La struttura è meravigliosa, curata in ogni dettaglio e situata in una posizione davvero spettacolare, con una vista incantevole su Lefkada. Tutto è stato impeccabile: pulizia, comfort, tranquillità e qualità dei servizi. Un ringraziamento speciale ad Angeliki e Spyros, persone eccezionali, sempre disponibili, gentili e pronti ad aiutarci in qualsiasi momento. Ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa e hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

We had a wonderful vacation at Villas on the Clouds. When we arrived, a lovely welcome basket with Greek treats, wine, and local olive oil was waiting for us. The apartment was super clean, with daily cleaning, and they even changed our bed sheets and towels on the third day. Having separate pool towels was a great bonus. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We stayed in the ground-floor apartment, which gave us total privacy and a huge outdoor space. The swimming pool was perfect-big, clean, with beautiful views, and most of the time, we had it all to ourselves. Because the villa is on a hill above the town, the views were fantastic, and there was always a nice, pleasant breeze, making it much more comfortable than down in the town. Our host, Angeliki, was incredibly nice and made sure our stay felt like a real holiday. She gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and beaches. She even brought a birthday cake for our son, which was such a sweet and caring gesture! Lefkada is beautiful, especially the west coast. We will definitely return to this island and we would love to stay in this villa again. Highly recommended!
