Quiet Abode w/ Gas Grill ~ 5 Miles to Broken Bow!

Plenty of room. Good location based on our plans in the area.

Grass too tall for kids to play in yard. Need to switch out added on bedroom and living area. Leaky kitchen faucet. 2 “stray dogs” that stayed on front porch. Outdoor furniture in rough shape. Overall we enjoyed.

We loved the screened in porch. The master bedroom and bathroom were so comfortable and the shower was amazing. The hosts were extremely helpful and very responsive when we asked questions. Chad and his wife were extremely helpful with the drainage issue in 2nd bathroom’s tub drainage. We would definitely stay again!

We wish the property had been mowed and the previous renters left trash around the fire pit that we cleaned up. The bedroom with the trundle bed was missing the mattress on one of the beds so we went and bought air mattresses for them. They were happy! We had a slight drainage issue but we were able to get the tub draining more easily.

The a/c works really well; for the most part it was out of the traffic.

The yard needed mowed; the front door was held on by the shock at the top and one hinge at the bottom of the door; the towel rack in one of the bathrooms kept falling off the wall and the sink didn’t want to drain; instead of two twin beds there was only 1 with a tundral twin; the dishwasher is hard to operate because it sits so far under the cabinet; the cover on the bottom oven falls off when you open the oven door; the kitchen drawers aren’t on tracks. All of this is easily fixed to make it a better stay.
