We were close to broken bow and a short easy drive to Hochatown. The outdoor area in the back was awesome to have friends over. Property was clean and check in was easy. Will try to stay here again on our next trip.

The home has an old cabin feel, surrounded by a wooded area. It was quiet and relaxing. Close enough to food and shops. Maybe clean up the area around the house, where the dilapidated shed sits in full view and the random riding lawnmower. I was taken back that we all had to throw our TP in the trash. I'm assuming due to a septic tank? Maybe put that in the fine print, so people know what to expect? Some minor cleaning issues, like the oven hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and the host is very friendly and communicative.

The house was nice and accommodated our needs, but was not very clean. There were multiple air freshener plugged it that were very overwhelming! After being there for less than 30 minutes I noticed that my kids feet were black and there wasn’t a mop or anything to clean the floor with. The master bedroom had a ceiling fan but we didn’t want to turn it on because it was covered in dust. If the house had be cleaner and had some basic cleaning supplies I would of given a higher rating.

The pink mold in the hall bath shower and on the shower curtain were the only concern. Everything else was exactly as expected. Clint was very responsive and went the extra mile for us. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others. The kitchen is large and everything very clean (aside from the above which can easily be corrected for future guests). Perfect for our needs!

Nice place and comfortable beds. Perfect location I’d suggest having someone sweep off the sidewalks and shake out the door mat. Might help with tracking dust and dirt in. The inside was nice but the front yard could use a little tlc (raking/sweeping). Otherwise it was pretty perfect for Us.

Was close by other things to do within 5 to 25ish minutes.. very clean... dont have to worry about neighbors close.. bed was supper soft.. owner was amazing and helpful.. even met him in person! We would definitely stay again!
