We loved the view, the pool/hot tub combo was amazing. It was clean and welcoming. Perfect for families. The lively roosters and chickens were fun to watch. Really loved having coffee on the deck. Close to grocery and Princeville town, but not on the beach. I guess I didn't read thoroughly. :) Short drive or walk to a beach area...
The dishwasher was a little janky! Felt like it would break at any moment. Would have been nice to have a few activity items (ie: boogie boards, pickle ball, snorkel gear). Just a bonus, not required....

You could walk to turtle cave which was amazing to see. Great proximity to hanalei bay and easy to get groceries, gas, and food! The property itself also had a great breeze and beach essentials.
No air conditioning. But I knew that going in. That was fine. It was the only downside.

Old apt, needs an update. Kitchen can be better stocked.. not a fan of plastic spoons. Very few plates and cups. Most containers had no lids
