Ali'i Kai 1-202 · Beautiful Mountain View Condo in Princeville

The first condominium that we rented was front view. However, as far as we were told by Vaccasa property the owner sold the condo living us with a big problem. We rented the place back in January and 3 months before our vacation we received the email. Very disappointed because we wanted a front view condominium. I believe this is as a mismanagement because your company should honor each transaction. So are we going to use Vrbo in the future, we might NOT. Luckily we found another property near by in the back with Real Palm Property so they saved our vacation in HI.

I would definitely recommend this condo unit. It was stocked with everything you could need, the bed was comfortable and the Princeville location was excellent for the places I wanted to explore. The cross breeze was lovely in the evenings, being so close to the ocean. The host was friendly, responsive and very helpful when I had something arise that interrupted my trip.

This property is a perfect place for a family vacation. Anini beach, Hanalei beach, and Tunnel beach are all within 10 - 15 minute driving distance. Princeville center with a supermarket and a few restaurants is 5 minutes away and Hanalei with more delicious options is about 10 minutes out. The properly is clean and includes everything one might need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and even includes a Kurig coffee machine with capsules. Another nice touch is beach chairs, umbrellas, fins, snorkels, and beach toys making beach trips much more enjoyable. Krisha is easy to communicate with and is quick to respond to questions. I highly recommend this property.
