Beautiful airy architect-designed room and brand new private luxe bathroom

It was our first time in LA for my husband and me, and we both agree that thanks to staying at Sheldon's and to him personally - both as a human and a host - this experience became unforgettable. Here's what made our stay truly special (from less to more important): Neighborhood. Beautiful, well-kept, quiet, and safe. It was a great pleasure to walk around at any time of day, and parking is always easy to find. Everything is easy and close to reach to. All main attractions we were interested in visiting are also near. Room. Cozy, spacious, and stylish, just like the entire house. Every corner is filled with history, books, art, and unique details, clearly cared for with great love and attention. It’s evident that a lot of effort and heart go into maintaining the home. We truly felt like home there. Host. Sheldon is a unique person, whose hospitality exceeded all expectations. His openness, interest in guests, local tips and guides about Los Angeles, and genuine care made our stay incredibly comfortable. Our morning coffee conversations and his thoughtful interest in how our day went made us feel truly welcomed. We really miss this wonderful routine getting back home. This was one of the warmest and most memorable stays we’ve ever had, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone! Sheldon, thank you very much for everything you do! We miss our conversations and look forward to meeting you in the future again!

The property is in a beautiful, quiet, residential area. However, the location is still near to the tourist sights of Los Angeles.

Lovely host. Great location in a beautiful neighborhood. Good parking on a mostly empty neighborhood street. Very clean. Nice to have access to patio/koi pond.

Location was perfect. Right in the centre of LA but still safe, calm and beautiful. Also easy to park your car.
