Really clean and comfortable. 3 minutes walk from the Ritzhagen bahn. The kitchen has everything you need. The bed in the living room is converted into a super comfortable double bed. Tiny private garden was nice.
The frying pans in the kitchen were scratched and old, they are almost a health hazard (Cooking pans were excellent though). We received an email saying that we could use the sauna. We contacted management several times during our stay to use it, never got a reply. That was an annoyance.

Die Lage ist super, sehr nah den Skigebieten/ der Rodelbahn und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, alles war sauber und gepflegt.
Es war leider sehr hellhörig und wir hatten Pech mit unseren Nachbarn, die im Haus etliche Stunden herumgerannt sind, Türen jedes Mal geknallt haben und deren Kinder sehr laut im Haus beim Spielen geschrien haben. Bei rücksichtsvolleren Nachbarn wäre die Hellhörigkeit ggf. nicht so aufgefallen.
