If you are looking for an ultra-budget accommodation near Malpensa Airport, this property is practically unbeatable in terms of price. It was by far the cheapest option available in the entire area, so it is only fair to approach this review with realistic expectations. For the price paid, the standard was perfectly acceptable, and I genuinely have no grounds for complaint regarding the interior itself. The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained. However, the location proved to be a major stumbling block. While it seemed reasonable on the map, the reality turned out to be quite challenging, primarily due to the daunting distance from the Gallarate train station. Local buses run incredibly infrequently. Since our itinerary involved daily trips to Milan, Bergamo, and Lake Como, we found ourselves walking countless kilometers every single day just to commute. It is fair to say that the money we saved on rent was paid back in physical exertion—an unavoidable trade-off for such an affordable stay. The apartment lacks air conditioning, featuring only a fan instead. Was this an issue? At this price point, absolutely not. Having deliberately booked the cheapest lodging in the Milan region, expecting luxury amenities would be unreasonable. On a highly positive note, the host was absolutely delightful and incredibly accommodating. He provided flawless, crystal-clear self-check-in instructions. Although he speaks no English and I do not know a single word of Italian, communication was completely hassle-free thanks to translation apps. Furthermore, I must highlight the host's integrity. Shortly after booking, I received a message regarding additional tourist taxes and cleaning fees. When I pointed out that these costs should have already been factored into the Booking.com total, the host immediately backtracked, told me not to worry about it, and waived the extra fees entirely. It was an incredibly fair and honorable gesture that I deeply appreciated.

I like view out side balcon and cleanliness

The bed condition is very poor plz change the bed because One leg of the bed was crooked, and they had propped it up against the wooden support of the bed.

The owner its really attencious, they leave at the room some breads and snacks. They also leave things for the shower, like toothbrush, toothpaste, towels, soap, shampoo and it also had a microwave, very complete

It’s really far away, the location is bad, it's like 2,5km from the station and walk with the bags its really bad. The problem of Milan is the transport, the uber its really expansive and its hard call a taxi. In the airport, I stay 1,5h for anyone except the run.. other problem, there is no light in the streets and maybe you can feel unsafe, so is not recommended, but if you are with a group of people and doesn't mind in walk a lot with the bags, can be ok, but tale attention in the aiport and with the taxis.
