Convenient but could be better

Property is convenient if you need to spend the night near the airport, but it is a bit expensive for what it is…

The shared bathroom didn’t have any toilet paper. And the whole place was not very clean

Its good, but the location its really bad and the transport in Milan doesnt help us

The owner its really attencious, they leave at the room some breads and snacks. They also leave things for the shower, like toothbrush, toothpaste, towels, soap, shampoo and it also had a microwave, very complete

It’s really far away, the location is bad, it's like 2,5km from the station and walk with the bags its really bad. The problem of Milan is the transport, the uber its really expansive and its hard call a taxi. In the airport, I stay 1,5h for anyone except the run.. other problem, there is no light in the streets and maybe you can feel unsafe, so is not recommended, but if you are with a group of people and doesn't mind in walk a lot with the bags, can be ok, but tale attention in the aiport and with the taxis. Rabiit hole

Window blinds were good. Room is totally dark during morning hours.

Very small room. Don't believe the pictures. Coat makes so much noise during the night. The bathroom is so small , you can't even bath inside the cabinet. No water pressure, no bidet. Such a stinky place. Even though it's cheap, I won't recommend it to anyone. AVOID IT AT ALL COST.

Fine for 1 night stay before the flight

Location is good, close to the airport. Property is located on the Ground floor with minimum sunlight

Host doesn't speak English, communication is quite difficult if you don't speak Italian. You should call him and inform about time of your arrival so he can meet you. Otherwise you will stay on the street. Very simple room however fine for the money paid.

Great place, very helpfull owner, close to MXP airport

Flat is much better than on photos. The place is really great and would reccomend to all travelers. Very clean and very helpfull and joyfull owner.

Good

The place is an studio, so it has everything you need for your stay. The size is good enough and has all the necessary facilities. To get there from the airport gets around 15 minutes by car, not suggested public transport because is complicated, better to ask for transport to the owners.

Despite of the studio is perfect, when we arrive at the place it had a strong cigarette smell, very unlucky for us because we are non smokers.

convenient if flying to Malpensa at night

when you have a late flight to Malpensa and don’t want take the journey to Milan during night, it’s perfect where to stay. they also do airport pick-up, so it was super comfortable

it was very cold, we slept with our clothes on. also there was a smell of smoking/mould in the room

Location - close to Malpensa airport; Hosts were very friendly and helpful

There was a strong smell of cigarettes, from the property next door where the couple who acted as co-hosts *(they welcomed us and let us into the property while we waited for the owner to arrive. Unclear instructions - no clear indication when we booked that we had to ring the host ahead of time with the precise time of arrival so he could be there to meet us with the keys. Consequently we didn't know what to do when we arrive and luckily bumped into the people next door who helped. Fridge in one room which made a noise all night.

Very good

The host is kind and he picked us up at the airport (transportation is not cheap, but given that we landed late, it was a good solution). Breakfast was ok.

The location is inconvenient for transportation. The host doesn't speak English, and that in itself wouldn't be such a problem, because we were able to communicate via Google Translator, but it's a big minus that the host didn't warn us that bus tickets can't be bought on the bus, but in the shop which is some 200 m away from the bus station. He walked us to the bus without telling us this important information. The bus came and we couldn't buy tickets, because the driver said he doesn't sell them.

Location was ideal for us, as it's near Malpensa airport. It has everything you need, a shared kitchen with all equipement.

A guy next door was really loud at night, but this happens when you book shared apartment, so it has to happen sometimes.

Excellent Value for Money

Staff was extremely friendly and flexible during check-in and check-out. The place is cozy, the room is big, the bed is very comfortable. The common shared areas (bathroom, kitchen) are not exceptional, but good enough. It was very easy to park and took me 15min to get to Malpensa. I also had my dog with me, they were fine with it.

Bad

We missed our flight and decided to stay one night in this apartment. We paid a lot of money in the taxi until we got there. We arrived, the area was deserted. There were no people to ask and we had no batteries in our cell phone for gps. We managed to find it with difficulty. The owner was missing. We were very stressed. A nice girl tenant of an apartment building was found and she told us that there is no apartment for staying in this apartment building. He helped us back to the airport. The owner sent us a message after many hours, as soon as I told him about the incident, he simply canceled the reservation without returning the money. Horrible experience and scary!

Um pesadelo

Absolutamente nada, um pesadelo conseguir chegar ao hotel da estação de trem , caminhamos 4 km a pé porque não tinha ônibus as kl 22.00 andamos 56 minutos carregando as malas.

Sconsiglio assolutamente la struttura.

Nella stanza c'era cattivo odore, le serrande nn si alzavano e nn c'era neppure modo di riscaldare la stanza visto che si erano abbassate le temperature. Il bagno era in condizioni pietose, i sanitari sporchi, la doccia in condizioni vergognose. Non c'era neppure carta igienica, insomma condizioni igienico sanitarie sotto zero. Personalmente mi veniva il vomito solo ad entrare in quel bagno. C'erano anche le bratte all'ingresso. 60 € per una notte in queste condizioni è davvero troppo. Il posto è tutto al buio, e tra l'altro non mi son neppure sentito tranquillo a lasciare la macchina fuori parcheggiata.

Брали апартаменты, что бы быть поближе к аэропорту, но несмотря на небольшое расстояние, такси стоило 55€. В коридоре неприятный запах. Очень сложно найти вход в апартаменты.

Просторниц номер, присутність холодильника.

Не сподобалось що душова кабіна в грибку. Душова кабіна не зручна через водяну лійку. В кімнаті після жаркого дня дуже жарко, кондиціонера не має, вентилятор не допомагає в такій такій ситуації. В ліжку було чуже волосся. Загалом, ціна не велика за номер, але можна було хоча б помити душову кабіну!

Mi spiace fare questa recensione ma la scarsissima pulizia , presenza di macchie ,ragni e polvere in ogni stanza ha reso il soggiorno sgradevole .Alcubi articoli prima colazione con data di scadenza non visibiele e pacchetto di patatine gia aperto.Spero sia spunto di miglioramento .

Foarte mizerabil, când m-am trezit a2a zi dimineață și am văzut în ce condiții este apartamentul am făcut un ramburs la booking pentru a2a noapte, imediat proprietarul m-a sunat și pe un ton foarte ridicat, mi-a spus să îmi împachetez lucrurile și să ies din apartament ca vine să îl verifice, mai apoi am sunat la booking și mi-au zis ca indiferent dacă fac ramburs sau nu este dreptul meu de a rămâne în acel apartament, proprietarul între timp mi-a luat cheia și a plecat și am deja 2 săptămâni de când încerc să îmi recuperez banii pentru a2a noapte în care specific am fost dată afară și mi s-au luat cheile din motiv ca am făcut plângere ca mai apoi proprietarul să îmi spună necunoscându-mă ca nu îmi vă face ramburs pentru ca am fost să mă prostituez la el în apartament, foarte frumos din partea unei gazde să pună etichete unor persoane care vin în interes de serviciu sau chiar și în vacanță, necunoscându-le!! În momentul de față booking nu mă ajută în a-mi rezolva problema, iar decizia mea este de a merge către poliție pentru a face o plângere penală de denigrare la adresa acestui personaj care închiriază un apartament jegos și mai are și tupeu să vorbească urat. Voi atașa mai jos pozele cu apartamentul în momentul în care am intrat în el cum arata. Rog foarte mult pe cei care vor să închirieze să se gândească de 2 ori înainte să o facă pentru ca proprietarul și domnul care administrează proprietatea sunt foarte neserioși, vorbesc urat și mai au și tupeul să te înjosească pe banii tăi!!!
