This hotel is excellent! Plenty free parking either outside car park or underground. Staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious , clean, comfortable and modern.

Although 4 years old sooo clean and great location
No bottled water in the rooms and nowhere to buy any. Upon arrival we ended up at the back of the hotel - could do with larger signs / directions to the front.

Nice room although our balcony faced the public car parking and we would have preferred facing the nature reserve. Car parking and amenities are close by and the restaurant was excellent with excellent staff, who really looked after us. It was reasonably priced for a four star hotel.
Not much in the way of toiletries for a four star hotel, tea and coffee was a small amount and you had to get milk from the restaurant. Also a few slightly damaged items, such as the coffee maker. Have to pay a 160 Euro deposit on arrival, more trust required of customers who use 4 star and above hotels. It takes up to 7 days for this to be refunded! Why?
