    The entrance lobby is tight, with pillars and other obstacles, and frequently very busy. No prior mention of the security deposit demanded upon checking in. On the check out, one family were told that there €300 security deposit would be refunded the same day. I however was told 'in 48 hours'. The unexpected charge followed by the inconsistent information given at the desk caused me anxiety, spoiling my impression of the hotel. The downstairs lavatory seemed always to be locked. The cold water in the snacks dispenser was not refilled by staff. The room was extremely small and the air-conditioning inadequate.
