Pleasant stay at grandma’s

Great location. Good value. Clean and comfortable

Room was cluttered and old fashioned, too much furniture and bric-a-brac bit like staying at your grandma’s house.

Ok appartement, unfortunately quite noisy at night

Well connected with public transport, also good to reach by car. Check in is well organized by a key box do you don't have to arrive at an exact time.

The first night it was really loud till about 22:30 h. I wasn't sure what noise it could have been. The second night they started vaccuming in the hallway at 21 h and the washing machine ran till 00:20 h. It seems to be right at the other side of the apartment's wall. I assume the noise of the night before were shoes in the washing machine. I left the next morning because I didn't want to spend a third night like this. I wrote a polite mail, asking if they were aware that you can hear the washing machine etc. quite loud in the apartment and if they'd agree to refund one night. One week after and I haven't heard back.

Poor

I forgot my cell phone charger at my previous location and the host let me borrow one until the store opened the next day. Really appreciated it!

No hairdryer!!!!!!! I had a special event to go to and couldn't properly do my hair because "a previous guest took the hairdryer." I asked to use one from another apartment and received no response at all. A hair dryer is a minimum expectation for the average traveler. Despite no hairdryer, the apartment has A LOT of other stuff. I felt like I was living in a grandma's house. Not my vibe.

We were visiting relatives in Leiden so this accommodation was perfect for us.

Adequately equipped kitchen for meal preparation, roomy open plan, large bathroom. Very accessible from a main road, yet quiet as apartment at rear of three story house, main bus route a ten minute walk.

The apartment only access is up stairs typical for Dutch houses so wouldn’t suit a person with compromised mobility. It was not a problem for us however, it just required extra care.

The property was clean und comfortable. You can find always parking spot near the location. The host was very kind. All in all a wonderful experience in Cosy apartment Wassenaar ;)

Host was very nice, also accommodating and helpful. the place looked cozy and quaint for the price it was great. The only thing I would improve is the sigaret smell in the halllway when you walk in you don’t smell it in the rooms. just in the entrance of the commen area. but great place to stay. thank you.

Very old aparrtment, very small, too much stuff around. It may be called an apartment but only a microwave, so you couldn't cook there, it's just a room really, very steep stairs, no lift.

Exceptional

Very nice large size room with well equiped kitchen corner. Perfect beds and really nice spacy shower. Just 400 m from bus stop to get to Den Haag or othet directions. We rented bikes in Wassenar town center for five days and we could get by them to seaside, to other lovely towns, villages and surroundings😊

I enjoyed having my own space to "come home" to

I liked the private entrance and the location was perfect for me. The bed was so very comfortable. The tiles in the bathroom were pretty. The heater worked well when I used it, which wasn't often. Lighting in the apartment was very good. The apartment was a nice, comfortable size. Henk was friendly when I saw him.

There was a layer of dust on top of the microwave oven, which I cleaned. The cutlery draw was dirty so I cleaned it nicely and washed all the cutlery that was in the drawer. The bed spread (on top of the duvets) was dirty - looked like coffee / tea drops spilled. This is why I stripped the bedding when I left - so that it could all be washed. There is a frying pan in the cupboard that is losing its non-stick ability and I was afraid to use it because I noticed that it was loose and could form part of the meal - might need to discard of this pan. Personally, I felt as though there was too much clutter in the apartment and these things are dust collectors. However, I just moved them aside and all was good.

Leuke plek maar verdient wel aandacht en onderhoud

De kamer was prima. Alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig. Een föhn zou nog fijn zijn geweest. Het bed was goed en er staat een comfortabel zitje. De badkamer is ruim. Er is een fijne infraroodverwarming aan het plafond en we kregen genoeg handdoeken en keukendoeken. De inrichting is 'vintage'.

De hygiëne liet nogal wat te wensen over. De koelkast was niet schoon en er lagen nog levensmiddelen in. In de vieze prullenbak zat een halfvolle stinkende vuilniszak, waarschijnlijk van de vorige gasten. Het adruiprek was smerig. Er zaten spatten op de kastjes. De vaat leek wel schoon. We spoelen toch altijd alles wat we daarvan gebruiken even af, dus dat is oké maar in een grote poetsbeurt hadden we geen zin. De wc borstel was echt misselijkmakend vies. Heel jammer. Er hangen overal briefjes met instructies opgeplakt. Een net mapje zou veel beter zijn. Verder is het appartement wel toe aan een opknapbeurt. Het is ook erg vochtig dus er zat flink schimmel.op de kozijnen.

Il cozy apparment è davvero... cozy!!! :D

Nel mio caso, lavorando al teatro Hangar, la posizione è eccellente. C'è posto in strada gratuito per il parcheggio dell'auto e muoversi a piedi verso il centro di Wassenaar è un attimo. L'appartemento è più piccolo dell'altro disponibile in questa stessa struttura, ma è molto più carino e curato. Il bagno è grande, la doccia più confortevole.

L'appartamento risulta essere piuttosto freddo e forse non è molto consigliato in inverno a chi non riesci a gestire ambienti poco riscaldati. Prestate attenzione al fatto che shampoo e bagno schiuma non sono normalmente disponibili. Può capitare di trovarli, magari perchè lasciati dai precedenti affittuari, ma non è scontata la loro presenza.

la ubicación en Wassenaar cerca de casa de unos amigos a los que habíamos ido a visitar fue buena, tranquilidad y se puede ir caminando a cualquier sitio.

Las almohadas eran muy malas, bajas e incómodas. La escalera de acceso deja bastante que desear pero ,así son habitualmente en Países Bajos.

Einmal reicht

Sehr gute Lage, Parkplatz zu finden kein Problem. Trotz Lage an einer belebten Strasse, ist es ruhig (Fenster gehen nach hinten). Bett, Handtücher und Bad sauber.

App. Ist im ersten Stock, erreichbar durch eine extrem steile Treppe, für ältere Leute und mobil eingeschränkte Leute nicht machbar. Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen, was an und für sich nicht schlimm ist, aber sauber hätte es sein dürfen. In die Ecken darf man nicht schauen.....kühlschrank geht immer wieder auf, Backofen ist keiner vorhanden. Badfenster ließ sich nicht öffnen. Waschmaschine direkt vor der Wohnung, das hört man und es wird oft gewaschen....Das jetzige Mobiliar stimmt nicht mehr ganz mit den gezeigten Bildern überein. So fehlen z.B. die Couch und die beiden Barhocker.

Preiswert, trotz der geschilderten Probleme ganz gemütlich; nahe Leiden, Keukenhof u. Amsterdam

Die Unterkunft bestand aus einem Zimmer mit Küchenzeile und einem separaten Bad. Obwohl sie direkt am Ende einer Autobahn und nahe einer sehr befahrenen Kreuzung war, war sie sehr ruhig, da nach hinten raus gelegen. Obwohl der Gastgeber unter im Hause wohnte (wie man uns sagte) haben wir ihn leider nie zu Gesicht bekommen, was wir sehr schade fanden. Die Küchenzeile war sparsam ausgestattet. Der Kühlschrank kühlte nur auf 12= herunter und ging ständig auf. Die Fenster waren einfach verglast und waren jeden Morgen beschlagen. Die Heizung wurde nur lauwarm oder ging gar nicht. Wassenaar hat uns sehr gut als Ausgangsort gefallen. Der Weg zum Strand (ca. 7Km) war landschaftlich traumhaft. Es gab viel Grün in der direkten Umgebung und tolle Wanderwege.

Fijn verbleven in Wassenaar.

Het was een volledig ingericht appartement. Niet groot, maar alles wat je nodig kan hebben was aanwezig. Grote badkamer, fijn bed, aardige host en zelfs een lekkere zithoek.

Het appartement is aan een drukke autoweg gelegen. Hoewel je aan de achterkant zit, krijg je daar wel iets van mee. Maar eigenlijk is het niet zo erg.

Ok voor kort veblijf

Rustig gelegen met parking. Goede matras. Wifi terwijl erop stond dat er geen wifi beschikbaar was. Appartement was ok voor paar dagen. Geen last van lawaai van de buren naast en boven je.

Ondanks dat de verhuurder in hetzelfde gebouw wonen niemand gezien, beetje onpersoonlijk. Alles basic en wat ouderwets maar ok voor paar nachten. Is eigenlijk een studio ipv 1 slpk appartement. Geen schaar in de keuken en pannen aan vervanging toe. Ook geen ontbijt kommetjes.
