De zeer ruime opzet van het huis, de enorm goed uitgeruste keuken en het uitzicht (ondergaande zon over de wijnvelden)
Door de ligging was er geen natuurlijke schaduw op het terras. Wel waren er meerdere parasollen om schaduw te creëren, dus die mogelijkheid was er wel.
