Location of the guesthouse is definitely it's key advantage. If you're lucky, you can see the slope from your room's balcony. Also I may note that the bed and mattress were comfortable, the linen was spotlessly clean. The organization of the closet was not very convenient for storing snowboard clothes, but the closet was at least roomy. The accommodation is pet friendly but pricey - you have to pay extra 15 euro per day for the dog and you don't get any room service or supplements. You have small fridge in the room but there is no kettle.

The main disadvantage of the place was its lack of sound proof. We were unlucky to have very noisy neighbors upstairs and very active and loud kids in the room next door. So if you prefer to sleep well and don't wake up each time your neighbors slide the door or use bathroom, don't forget to take earplugs on your vacation. Another weird moment was shared balcony - we felt lack of privacy and fresh air with a smoking man from next room. And the cherry on the cake is the time of check out till 9:30, however we were caught off guard in the bed with the cleaning lady at 7:30 in the morning. In short, the guesthouse is not bad, but definitely not worth your money.
