This beautiful, 2-level, remodeled condo boasts a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, and a large lanai for dining and watching the magnificent sunsets. The upstairs master bedroom has fabulous ocean views from its private lanai. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with granite counter tops and tiled bathroom showers. Amenities include a sixty-foot heated swimming pool, white sand beach, two BBQ areas, and the Keonenui outdoor relaxation room with beautiful views of the islands of Molokai and Lanai. The Kahana Sunset Resort enjoys access to the secluded beach of Keonenui Bay where you can watch turtles, swim and snorkel. The tropical grounds at Kahana Shores are beautifully landscaped and peaceful. Nearby are coffee shops, restaurants and a grocery store as well as the Napili Farmers Market. The Kahana Sunset is family friendly and quiet in the evening.

Overall our stay at Kahana Sunset was great! The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The unit was clean and well appointed. The beach chairs and towels were nice to have to head down and have some beach time. I did have to reach out to Epic Realty on our third day there regarding a leak from the dishwasher. They were very responsive, however trying to arrange the repair folks was a bit cumbersome. Being that we were on island time, I didn’t always have my phone with me and had to call back or reply in the VRBO host conversation. I had originally said that the repair people could come in anytime even if we were not in the unit. Before they came, they called me anyway to ask again if they could enter the unit if we weren’t there. I didn’t get the message until later as we were out thus missing out on the repair. The next available time was the day before we left, which meant we had to hand wash everything the whole trip. This wasn’t a complete deal breaker, however, had they noted my original request that the repair people could enter without us being there, it would have been cared for earlier and not been a worry to us. It was just a matter of not connecting timely. Parking is available and rather private, though for the C building, is a little snug, but expected for the space that’s available. Overall our stay was very enjoyable.

Had an outstanding experience at the Kahana Sunset, unit C7. The condo was well appointed and the property manager was very responsive. Having the beach just outside was amazing. The beach is smallish but never felt crowded. Air conditioning was powerful. We turned it off during the day but it was nice to have it for sleeping. Kitchen knives were dull, so be prepared for that if you are cooking, but no big deal. Grocery store is two minutes away by car/ten minutes on foot. Very convenient. Will definitely be back if we’re fortunate enough to return to Maui.

Loved this condo in Kahana. Everything you could want in a condo, well stocked kitchen, shaded balcony, tasteful decor and steps away from a sandy beach. The Kahana Sunset property is beautiful, extremely well maintained, peaceful and away from the big hotel megaplexes.
