This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage has 1,620 square feet of elevated living space and the ability to accommodate 6 guests very comfortably inside and out. From the quality quilts and linens on the beds, to the large TV in the living room, the fully equipped kitchen; nothing has been spared when decorating this home. You will not want for anything more when it comes to the amenities and the quality of vacation that you will experience. Pick your water enjoyment: Bayside or Gulf beaches! It’s just a short walk to the north-end beaches of Bean Point, Pine Avenue restaurants, and upmarket stores. Stroll down to the north-end of the Island and the stunning Gulf coast beaches. A day soaking up the sun and then relax by the fabulous pool.

EXTERIOR

The poolside patio is another great spot to relax and watch the kids swim in the water-fall pool. There are comfortable couches and an outdoor dining table for evening meals. Enjoy evenings poolside with all the mood lighting throughout the garden, a beautiful hang-out area after a hard day at the beach. A full-sized gas grill completes the exterior package. Have a tropical cocktail to make this the perfect island getaway!

The pool heat is $150.00 a week. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86° F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be always reached. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Property Manager will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.

There are three parking spaces reserved for this property.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
