**DIRECT BEACH ACCESS** The Amazing, Oceanfront View of the Atlantic from the balcony of our one-bedroom condo is Priceless!
These condos come with a fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare meals when you don’t feel like
venturing out on the town to try one of our local restaurants. The large living area boasts views for
miles and provides seating for all guests to enjoy time together while on vacation. The bedroom
features a King bed and offers a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. There is a bathroom
located along the hallway with a shower stall. Additional sleeping arrangements include a murphy bed in the living room. There is a washer and dryer for your laundering needs located in the hallway as well.
The living area and bedroom have TVs for your viewing pleasure. These living spaces are set up to be a
home away from home while enjoying the Beach!
Water’s Edge Resort is the Perfect Vacation Spot for all Ages. The views are Gorgeous from Every
Oceanfront Balcony. There is a spacious pool deck for sunbathing under the tropical palm trees, an
outdoor pool to take a dip, and an outdoor hot tub for relaxation after a long day at the beach! There is
also an indoor pool and fitness area on the lower level. The Rising Tides Bar located onsite features
Trivia and Karaoke nights for guests to enjoy as well. Don’t forget to speak with the front desk about
renting out our beach games to play while on the beach!
Garden City, SC is a Wonderful Place to Visit! There is shopping, entertainment, dining, and attractions
located just minutes from Water’s Edge Resort. The Garden City Fishing Pier is located only a half a mile
down the Strand where you can fish, win a prize at the arcade, or grab a bite to eat at the grill. The nearby cities of Myrtle Beach and Charleston also feature all kinds of activities. There is Always Fun for ALL that Visit!!!
**No Daily Housekeeping – We provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, bathmats, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towel, and a dishwashing packet**
**One-Bedroom Condos are allowed 1 Parking Pass**
**Motorcycles are Allowed**
**No Golf Carts and No Trailers are allowed in the garage area**

resort, or in the parking garage area. NO Smoking is Allowed on the Balcony nor in the Condo**

This used to be our favorite place the unit we stay in 407 is super cute has been remodeled qnd is very comfortable however staff wise has changed we usually book as we leave for the next year and have done this for 11 years and leave them 100 to 250 to hold it and make payments throughout the year and when we show up it's all paid for or only owe like 100 dollars notbad..this year we tried to rebook and they wanted almost half up front and we said we just spent 5000 for our time here because we do 17 days we have always re booked with no problem no almost half up front .. I don't know why this has changed and to speak with the property manager who knows us is a no go she is never there we call we speak to her she says she will get back with us never does we call back she does not remember us and it's been ongoing.. 3 kids call this place their favorite place and second home because they love our unit unfortunately if we can cone up with the money to put it all down and if the unit is still available we will book however if the unit is not available we will he looking elsewhere..which is sad..

We have stayed here for a few years now and enjoy it every time! The amenities are very nice...was disappointed the workout room was not available this time.
