Oceania 201 - Rare 3 BR End unit with large balcony on the beach

This recently remodeled (2021) 2400 square foot 2nd floor 3BR/3 1/2 BA gulf-front end condo has everything you could imagine to make your Destin vacation amazing.

The open kitchen greets you as you walk open the door to this spacious retreat. The kitchen is fully furnished with granite countertops and an island for easy preparation for large feasts. All cookware and utensils are provided as well as a Keurig and blender. The dining table is perfect for enjoying both the view and a meal.

The large living room/ dining area opens to sprawling gulf views complete with a balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The living room offers plenty of seating to enjoy the large 70" HDTV with BluRay Player in the living room.

Each guest bedroom has a King-sized bed and one has a set of extra long twin bunks, Flat Screen TVs, Blu Ray Players, and adjoining Full Bathrooms. All bathrooms have a walk in shower and the master has a bathtub.

The Master Suite has a King Size Bed, Flat Screen TV and gorgeous beach views.  The private large spa-like master bathroom has a tub, shower, walk-in closet, and make-up area.

Enjoy the gulf views from the living room, dining area, kitchen, and master bedroom. Condo comes with one complimentary beach set up per day from March 1st until October 31st and wireless internet.

Complex amenities include beach chair service, one private parking spot, complex pool, gated entry, an exercise room, and gas grills.
