Inlet Reef is nearing the end of a a complex, wide waterproofing project. A majority of this project is done and the remaining work is focused on the non beachside portion of the complex on the end units. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris/dust could occur as well. Discounts will not be given for construction-related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris.

Property Manager proudly presents Inlet Reef 405, a stunning three-bedroom, two-bath beachfront condo. It includes complimentary beach service (2 chairs with an umbrella) for the beach season, which runs from March 1st through October 31st.

The property sleeps ten guests in utmost comfort and ease. The owner renovated it in 2024 with new furniture, décor, and a restocked kitchen with new dinnerware, silverware, cookware, grilling tools, and small appliances for those who wish to prepare meals during your visit. Board games and TV trays are also provided for guests. They have spared no expense in ensuring your Destin vacation will be nothing short of extraordinary.

Upon entering the condo, the open floor plan, recessed LED lighting, Florida Oak tile flooring, and muted green with blue undertone walls will sweep you off your feet. From the front door, you will come to the open kitchen on your right. The kitchen has granite counter space and grey slate appliances.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the bunk bedroom. This room has two twin beds custom built into bunk beds and comes with a flat-screen HDTV and a DVD player. Also, the bunk bedroom has a high-efficiency washer and dryer.

On the other side of the kitchen is the dining area. Centered by a chandelier, the rectangular wood dining table seats six guests, with additional counter seating available. Just past the dining area is the living room.

The living room is a haven of entertainment. It features a 65-inch Roku 4K HDR TV, HD Cable, a Blu-Ray player, and Netflix w/4K for viewing pleasure. There is a full-size sofa, a loveseat sofa, a recliner chair, and a rattan side chair for lots of seating and comfort. Need extra sleeping space? The sofa sleeper doubles as a queen bed. And if you want to enjoy the fresh air, balcony access is just a step away.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a wall-mounted HDTV, HD Cable, a plush side chair, a walk-in closet, and a preparation area with a granite-encased vanity. It also has sliding glass doors that lead to the condo’s balcony. These sliding glass doors come with a retractable screen, so you can sleep at night listening to the waves roll in from the Gulf of Mexico. The primary bathroom has a convenient walk-in shower with rock flooring and multiple grab bars.

The guest bedroom has a wall-mounted flat-screen HDTV and two double-sized beds. The guest bathroom is adjacent to the guest bedroom and is accessed via the hallway.

As stunning and perfect as this condo is inside, its true grandeur resides on its balcony. The hexagonal balcony has a granite-encased wet bar with a built-in bottle opener, an outside dining table with four chairs, and a two-seat glider for extra seating. The unique shape of the balcony allows the condo to retain an unobstructed 180-degree view of Destin’s famous emerald-green waters and sugar-white sands, and during the day, you can always find some shade on the balcony if desired.
