Tucked away in an exclusive gated community, this stunning 4-bedroom beachfront escape is designed for families seeking both privacy and luxury. The primary suite is a true retreat, offering breathtaking Gulf views, a spacious layout, and a serene coastal ambiance. The additional bedrooms are also incredibly spacious, ensuring comfort for everyone in your group.
Step outside to the beautifully designed outdoor seating area, perfect for families and friends to unwind while watching the unforgettable sunset views over the Gulf. Guests have access to 3 pools; one behind Magnolia House (seasonally heated), one on the north side of Lands End and the new infinity pool on the south side of Lands End. You can also explore the serene nature preserve, or take a stroll to the famous jetties—ideal for fishing, snorkeling, or simply soaking in the coastal beauty. From March 1 - October 31, you will receive complimentary beach service set up consisting of 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas. Simply tell the beach attendant you are staying at 65 Lands End, Sawlty Dawg!
Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, "Sawlty Dawg" offers ultimate seclusion, nestled behind protected sand dunes with a private walkover to the beach. Magnolia House and Old Beach pools are open from 9am - 10pm each day.
Infinity Pool is open from 9am to sundown.

Beautiful property, very clean (I’m a clean freak and wiped down the whole house, light switches, furniture and all and didn’t find much dirt) , property manager Alex was amazing and stayed in constant communication with me. Location was perfection, on the beach, near a snorkeling spot where the water is shallow and still like a pool for young kids, restaurants were all nearby. Our only issues were the gates to the beach entrances had rusted and malfunctioning but were repaired during our visit. The living room furniture, dining/bar seats, and patio furniture have some wear and tear stains that need tending to. Of note, there are lots of stairs and the stairs to the beach are steep, so not for disabled or very out of shape people, and could be a bit dangerous for little kids. Overall, the neighborhood(luxury gated community), check in, management, decor, beach and beach service ( complimentary 4chairs and umbrellas set up each morning) were all fabulous, and I highly recommend this place

Our family spent an unforgettable week at this beautiful oceanfront beach house, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The home was clean, spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The balcony quickly became our favorite spot. We loved sitting out there every morning, soaking in the view of the sparkling water, and each evening watching the breathtaking sunsets.The gated community made us feel secure and private, and having access to multiple pools in addition to the beach gave us the perfect mix of fun and relaxation for the whole family.A special thanks to Alex, our guest liaison with Modern Beach, who went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. His detailed guide made arrival stress-free, and he was always quick to respond whenever we had a question. His attentiveness truly elevated the experience.This home is the perfect choice for anyone seeking a peaceful, family-friendly beachfront getaway. We are already looking forward to our next visit!
