Relax on your balcony and enjoy your stay in 3104 has a large flat panel HDTV with DVD/Blu-ray combo in the living room.
Condo includes FREE beach service (two chairs and one umbrella) for the 2025 rental season which will end on October 31, 2025.
Master bedroom has a king size bed, TV and DVD and the guest room has two twins, TV and DVD. PET FRIENDLY. Sandpiper Cove , a 43 acre resort, has 1100 feet of sugar white beaches that rest against the Gulf of Mexico. Amenities include a 9 hole par 3 golf course, tennis, shuffle board, horse shoes, boat docks, 3 hot tubs, 5 pools, and BBQ grills scattered throughout the complex for your convenience. Boat docks can be rented for an additional fee.
A dog under 80 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a $10 fee collected by Sandpiper Cove on-site. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Sandpiper Cove allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.
