Welcome to Sandpiper Cove 9135, a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom ground-floor condo perfectly situated in the Beachwalk section of Sandpiper Cove. Designed with families in mind, this inviting vacation retreat offers comfortable accommodations, convenient amenities, and an ideal location just steps from the pool and a short walk from the private beach.
The open-concept living and kitchen area provides a comfortable gathering space for the whole family. The living room features two couches, a flat-screen HDTV, and sliding glass doors that open to a large, covered patio. Step outside and enjoy outdoor meals at the patio table while the kids can easily enjoy the nearby Beachwalk pool, located just steps from the condo.
The well-appointed kitchen features granite countertops, full-size stainless-steel appliances, and everything needed to prepare family meals, including pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. When it is time to eat, there is plenty of seating with a dining table for four, additional bar seating, and the outdoor patio table.
After a fun-filled day at the beach or pool, everyone can settle in comfortably with a King bed in the primary bedroom and a Queen bed in the guest bedroom. The living room also features a Queen sofa sleeper, allowing Sandpiper Cove 9135 to comfortably accommodate up to six guests. Both bathrooms offer convenient walk-in showers.
One of the best features of this family-friendly condo is its location within Sandpiper Cove. You are just steps from the Beachwalk pool and only about a three-minute walk from 1,100 feet of private beach.
A dog under 50 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a $10 fee collected by Sandpiper Cove on-site. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Sandpiper Cove allows dogs, dogs are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.
