Bright & Beautiful 5 Bed Town Home - Gated Resort!
This beautiful 5 bedroom, 4-1/2 bath spacious townhome includes a modern kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There is dining seating for 8 and additional seating at the breakfast bar; All cookware and utensils are provided for your convenience.
Lounge around after a long day at the parks in the open floor plan gathering room featuring sectional sofas and a large 50-inch flat screen TVr. Step outside onto the patio to enjoy your very own private Splash Pool with screened enclosure that also has a 1/2 bath.

The Solara Resort Grand Clubhouse features an expansive water complex. A wave simulator offers a perfect opportunity to learn how to surf, or, if you are a seasoned surfer, show off your skills. No matter your level of surfing experience, a team of experts is on site to help you enjoy the waves to the fullest with day and week passes available as well as hour long private sessions for Groups of up to 8. Session should be scheduled 24 hours in advance. (fee is required for the FlowRider©).The little ones will prefer the splash pad for some fun in the sun.
When it’s time to take a break everyone will love to cool off with an ice-cream from the Solara Resort ice-cream parlor. If you forgot to bring your sunblock, pick one up at the sundries store to ensure you return home with a shimmering tan. They conveniently sell a little bit of this & that so you’ll have no interruption during your fantastic day at Solara Resort.
Solara Resort includes a basketball court, volleyball court, and a full-size soccer field. If you’re not a sports-fan but like to stay in shape, you can workout in the large fitness center at the clubhouse.
Solara Resort is surrounded by theme parks, entertainment, dining, and shopping. The resort is only 8 miles from Walt Disney World and a short drive from Universal Orlando and SeaWorld.

Suggest improving on arrival instructions - head to complex front gate (with street address for nav systems).
Suggest improving on wifi instructions - Ours was incorrect.
Suggest all tv remotes be checked for operating correctly - ours had many dead or no batteries. Also Suggest there be instructions developed for tv operations and what's available. We had multiple remotes, most didn't work.
Suggest rental contracts be ironed out at time of booking. Ours wasn't completed/sent to us until the day before we were to arrive and difficult to accomplish quickly in the midst of other commitments. Also, we had to chase down arrival instructions as they were not provided as promised 5 days prior to arrival. Also, had to complete rental agreement before arrival instructions were provided. No warning there was a rental agreement.
Master bedroom 1st floor carpet worn out, by door carpet tacks protrude through and cut feet. Same bedroom window blind has broken slat that should be repaired for privacy and rm darkening.
Modem and router inaccessible so couldn't resolve wifi problems without calling for help.
