- Commercial vehicles, RV's, trailers, buses, golf carts, recreational vehicles or watercraft is not permitted at Storey Lake.
- The community allows up to 10 cars to enter the resort per unit. There are overflow parking spaces, but not guaranteed as they are not assigned nor reserved.
• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.
Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1-Cost: $35 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Attached spa is NOT a hot tub. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. Both have the same temperature.
It does not have jets.
6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times.
• BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL
- Cost: $75 All Stay
• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please dispose the trash daily in the plastic bench to keep a clean home.
• ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. FEES MAY APPLY.
Some resorts may not accept them.

The property and the development are very nice. However, there needs to be some maintenance done. Maybe the host has not been notified of needed repairs. Examples, the door handle in the bathroom going out to the pool area is almost falling off. The outlets in the bedroom downstairs and both bathrooms downstairs do not work. The dishwasher’s bottom rack is broken. None of these things interfered with my family’s ability to enjoy the house and the trip..

Great home with spacious rooms. Loved the theme rooms. Great kitchen with plenty of equipment and plenty of seating. Loved access to bathroom from outside. Game room was great but no sand for shuffleboard game. Loved the dark movie room with plenty of seating. Pool and hot tub were great gathering spot. Would have liked a railing for entry to both pool and hot tub. Easy access to Disney and Seaworld and Universal not far. Loved the lazy river at the main area of the resort. Only problem was the security gates were not working properly all week so scanning the code was not possible and attendant did not always answer the buzzer.

If your into nature it backs onto a treed area and saw a young white tailed deer during the day and a raccoon at night while we were in the pool. Lots of birds around.
