Some units offer a wet bar and Jacuzzi. Property Manager. has an on-site office which will enable you to check-in and check-out directly at the Harbour Island complex Memorial Day through Labor Day. Harbour Island is home to the prestigious White Marlin Open, the largest one week billfish tournament on the East Coast. Units and boat slips book early for this event which includes internationally recognized master anglers and virtually every major sport fishing boat dealer. The weigh-ins each evening are a major attraction as tuna, wahoo, white marlin and blue marlin are brought to the scale in pursuit of millions of dollars in prize money. A must see event! Keurig coffee maker for your use, bring your favorite K-cups to enjoy. Updates for 2024 include: new living room and balcony furniture, and new bath vanities. Updates for 2025 include: all new LVP flooring throughout, new kitchen cabinets and countertop, new stove, microwave and dishwasher. New toilets, floors, and paint in both bathrooms. Note: the owner controls the HVAC temperatures. AC is set to 73 and heat is set to 70.
