Located at third street directly on the boardwalk with oceanfront views from every balcony. If you want to be in the center of fun, this is your spot. Each one bedroom, one bath unit is equipped with a full kitchen, fabulous view from the living room, and central air. Some units provide a washer and dryer and all units have access to the building's central laundry room. The building is equipped with an elevator and one car parking is provided. Some units are NON-SMOKING. No internet and limited cable service from Nov 1st to March 31st. Streaming HBO-Max and Netflix also included.

Summary of reviewsGuests appreciated the clean, albeit slightly dated condo and the excellent kitchen equipment. The location right on the boardwalk and close to everything was also a big plus.

It was mid may with a high in the 6Os and the air conditioner was struggling to keep the condo below 70 degrees. Clean but dated. Kitchen had everything we needed from utensils to appliances. Right on the boardwalk and close to everything.
