This two-story condo has been renovated with a beautifully upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. This spacious unit features a custom woodburning fireplace, vaulted ceilings, cozy living room, formal dining room with seating for six, bar area, open kitchen and an outdoor balcony.
The two downstairs bedrooms are separated for privacy, the master bedroom has a queen bed and private attached bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the couch in the living room folds out to a bed.
The perfect family vacation condo and walking distance to Canyon Lodge. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people, and no smoking or pets are permitted. The condo comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are no steps to this unit and there are 2 levels inside. Great location. Very nice upgraded bathrooms. Loved the heated bathrooms. We could dry our boot liners and other wet gear with just the bathroom heated fans. Jacuzzi was a short walk and nice & big with a covered deck. We would stay here again.

On a noisy street, lots of snow removal activity and heavy trucks driving by very early in the morning. One block walk to Canyon Lodge.
