This cozy creekside duplex is located in East Vail in the Gore Creek Meadows Community and is a short drive to Vail Village. Offering a bright and spacious floor plan that sleeps 8 very comfortably. As you enter the unit you are met with the main living area featuring a high ceiling, large windows, wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV. There is also a guest bathroom on this level with a king bed.

Adjacent to the living room is the gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, state of the art appliances, and dining table that seats 8, there are also two stools at the kitchen bar. Just off the dining area you can step out onto the large deck and admire a panoramic view of the mountainscapes. The deck is also equipped with a table, chairs and gas grill. From the deck you can take a stroll along the creek and walk to the free shuttle.

Make your way up the stairs to find the first guest bedroom with queen bed. The second guest bathroom is located next to it with shower/tub combo. Down the hall is the full-sized washer/dryer for your convenience. On the left is the second guest bedroom with a set of twin/twin bunk beds and another twin bed. At the end of the hall is the master bedroom complete with king bed, flat screen TV, and en-suite bathroom. It also has its own mountain facing deck, a perfect place for a quiet retreat to sip morning coffee. In the summer, leave the sliding door open and enjoy the bustling sounds of the Gore Creek running just outside. The master bathroom is equipped with dual sinks and a beautiful standalone glass shower, as well as a walk-in closet.

Don't want to cook? Enjoy drinks and dining at the Vail Racquet Club just around the corner! This beautiful property has everything you need to make your next vacation a memorable one. There is even a large summer pool and year-round hot tub just out the front door!

*This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.

All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
