Located above the oldest surf shop in Florida, and just one building from the beach. Studio apartment located on the top floor with views of the Gulf. (You may rent the adjoining 2 bedroom apartment to have 3 bedrooms.) If you want to be close to the beach and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants, you can't beat this location!

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. --Chapter 4-14
