2 bedroom, 2 bath with large kitchen and living room and outside deck. Has beautiful small pool in fenced yard. Cortez beach is just down the cul-de-sac and across a street, perhaps 250 feet (80 m) away. Ground level is for parking, unit is one floor up indoor stairs. Soap provided, BYO shampoo. Bring mosquito repellent to sit outside. (It is Florida.) We did have a few technical glitches during our stay, all of which were handled quickly and professionally. Recommended!
