A wonderful family vacation awaits you in our luxurious five bedroom, four bath oceanfront condominium. The Southwind is located in a quiet residential setting along the 'Golden Mile'. It offers exceptional oceanfront amenities including indoor & outdoor pools, a large lazy river, two outdoor and one indoor hot tub, a kiddie pool and an exercise facility. Enjoy the fitness trail and oceanfront children's playground nearby.
Our 2,400 sq. ft. five bedroom condominium located on the 15th floor offers panoramic ocean views with relaxing ocean breezes from the large private wrap around balcony. The balcony can be accessed from the living room and master bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen with appliances and granite countertops.
This condominium has a large master suite with king size bed, flat screen TV, jacuzzi tub, separate shower and two sinks, granite countertops and large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two queen size beds, flat screen TV and private bath. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with private bath, flat screen TV, private balcony with ocean view. The fourth & fifth bedrooms have ocean views & share a full bath, both have flat screen TV's and each has 1 queen.
A large open Living area with one standard sofa and one sofa bed, Flat screen TV, high speed internet. Enjoy golf, tennis, shopping, live shows, great dining choices in on the the most sought after oceanfront vacation spots in the world.
***Parking is limited to two vehicles***
~~Motorcycles, trailers and golf carts are not permitted on the grounds~~
The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.
House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.

My sisters and I booked this unit to celebrate my birthday and it was absolutely fantastic. Large rooms, comfy beds, large living and dining area. But the views took our breath away. You can't beat the sunrise or sunsets from the balcony. We bundled up and sat outside with hot drinks taking it in! Simply wonderful. Thank you

My husband and I with our two kids, their spouses, and all four of our grandkids stayed at this property for a long weekend. There was plenty of room for all of us without tripping over each other. The beach view was beautiful and there was plenty for us to do given the property is directly beachfront and the boardwalk, broadway, restaurants, and other entertainment and activities are all nearby. The condo itself is well suited for a vacation stay. As other reviewers have said, I would say that the condo is in need of some updating, especially the carpeting and furniture. We are planning a return stay this fall, but will likely look for a more updated unit in this building. The amenities are location can't be beat.

We had a good time. The condo is dated. The couches need to be replaced. We did have issues with a few things in the condo and called property management and most were fixed. The door to the balcony was very hard to open. Maintenance came and put some lubricant on it, but still was very hard to open.
