Be close to everything at Copper Mountain in this cozy 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo. Plenty of room in this 1100 square foot condo with oversized bedrooms. It is a short, 3-5 minute walk to the American Eagle and American Flyer Chairlifts in Center Village. It is also very close to the Green Acres learning area.
Each bedroom has two queen beds, 4 Queen Beds total. Both bedrooms have a 32 inch flat screen TV with DVD player. Both bathrooms have double sinks and a shower/tub combination.
This condo is on the fourth floor (5 floors in Summit House). Enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountain from your private balcony!
Make yourself at home in the nicely decorated living room. There is a gas fireplace. Watch a Blu-Ray movie on the new 46 inch flat screen TV or play some board games with the family. The well appointed kitchen is perfect for cooking all of your meals at home and features new stainless steel appliances. Serve your family of 6 people at the dining room table, and there are 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar.
Summit House has two laundry rooms in the building. Your private ski locker is on the ground floor as you enter the building.
There is a covered car port parking spot for 1 vehicle, this is an assigned spot. Any additional vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot for an additional fee during the winter, summer is free.
Center Village is the main base area for Copper Mountain. There are many great shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The American Eagle Chairlift accesses intermediate terrain. The American Flyer has some green terrain, but all first timers or beginners need to take the bus to West Village or walk to Green Acres. Green Acres is only a few minute walk and is a great learning area.

There is no A/C in any of our properties. PARKING: Parking at Copper Mountain is strictly enforced. Most rental properties have parking space for one vehicle only. To avoid towing or a ticket, please adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking, an Alpine Lot permit can be purchased for $20 per night from the Resort. You can pay through a QR code or at the kiosk, which is located in the Alpine Lot.SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES: If amenities check lists includes a hot tub with this property listing, please verify before confirming your reservation. No refunds are provided due to lack hot tubs. All properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. The living space is much smaller than the pictures make it seem. Spacious bedrooms and very small toilets. Also unlike the amentities listed says, there is no hot tub. Probably would’ve changed my mind if I knew there was no hot tub to get in after a long day of boarding.
