Spend your mornings enjoying coffee on the balcony, your afternoons exploring Summit County, and your evenings unwinding beside the gas fireplace or soaking in one of the community hot tubs. With Frisco’s restaurants, shops, and historic Main Street approximately a 10-minute walk away, you can enjoy a peaceful mountain setting without being far from town.

Inside, the home’s bright end-unit location and abundance of windows create an open, welcoming atmosphere. The living room provides plenty of comfortable seating around a river-rock gas fireplace and large TV, making it an inviting place to reconnect after a day of skiing, hiking, or biking.

The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a large island, and breakfast-bar seating for three. Gather for meals around the dining table, which seats eight and is surrounded by windows overlooking the natural setting.

Outside, the home backs toward a creek and wooded area, creating a quiet retreat away from the activity of town. A ground-level patio provides an easy place to step outside and enjoy the fresh mountain air, while the large south-facing upper deck offers beautiful mountain views.

Cross Creek 100 comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across four private suites:

Primary Suite: King bed, private balcony, TV, ceiling fan and an ensuite bathroom with two sinks and a jetted tub/shower
Second Suite: King bed, TV, ceiling fan and private bathroom
Third Suite: Queen bed, TV, ceiling fan and private bathroom
Fourth Suite: Two queen beds, a twin-over-full bunk bed, TV, ceiling fan, private bathroom and access to the large upper deck

A fifth bathroom provides additional convenience for larger families and groups.

Community amenities are maintained by the homeowners association and may occasionally close for maintenance or other circumstances beyond our control.
