New in 2021… covered oceanside deck, sundeck, boardwalk with benches! Also, extensive renovation of pool and grill area. Prior to purchasing this house in 2019 the current owners were beach front house renters on Holden Beach for 17 years. Knowing personally what vacationers want and deserve in a beach rental, the owners are committed to make this comfortable, cozy home very special inside and outside. Wood and ceramic floors throughout. Great room boasts classic wood walls, a towering cathedral ceiling, and stunning ocean view. Kitchen, with granite countertops, is fully stocked and has ALL updated appliances. Also, updated bathrooms, extensive landscaping, and park style patio grill. Covered ocean side deck, roomy covered street side porch, and a swimming pool contribute to the perfect family vacation.

Bed Linens (Beds in Bedrooms only) and Bath Mats are provided for Weekly Rentals only. No Towels provided but can be rented.
