About this house rental
Holden Hideaway is a new custom-built and professionally-designed 5 bdrm, 4.5 bath home.
It is located at the end of a private street in Pointe West and offers stunning ocean, marsh and intercoastal waterway views.
This home offers an inverted floor plan with the oversized family room/kitchen/dining area on the top floor to maximize the gorgeous views. The family room opens to a large covered deck with ample space for outdoor dining and seating overlooking the pool and views of marsh. The large kitchen with high-end appliances is well-stocked with pots/pans, air fryer, crockpot, Keurig and espresso machine. In addition, the top floor offers a luxurious primary bedroom and bathroom with its own private balcony to take in the nature preserve/marsh. The primary bedroom is also steps away from a private office with balcony, perfect for your zoom meetings while at the beach!
This incredible home also offers a unique fourth floor reading nook to spend some quiet time with a good book or a quick nap!
To access the second level, take the elevator or walk down the custom stairwell. Here you will find an espresso bar to greet you, in addition to 4 bedrooms and an additional family room. 3 of the bedrooms offer king-sized beds. The 4th bedroom offers custom-built tri-bunk beds and a queen bed.
From the secondary family room, you can access another large covered deck with beautiful views and ample seating area with swinging bench, steps away from the pool! Or play a game of PAC-man or other 80’s video game favorites on the arcade machine!
The pool area offers a large pool, enclosed outdoor shower, shuffleboard table/dining area, lounge chairs with umbrella and plenty of room and seating for family fun! There is also a gas grill (we cannot guarantee fuel levels in the tanks). We do offer the option to heat the pool for $100/day. Please reach out if you would like this option and I can provide payment options.
Ready to hit the beach? We offer luxurious beach towels, six-eight beach chairs and an umbrella that you can bring with you on your short 1-2 minute walk to the beach. There is a private beach walkway on our property that leads you to the beach access on Ocean Blvd. We also offer a variety of pool toys and games.
Small kids in your group? Take advantage of the two private culdesacs in Pointe West-perfect for kids to ride bikes safely!
For a small additional fee, your beach home can be stocked with your grocery list items at arrival! There are several companies that offer this, we recommend a Google search to find the latest rates and reach out to coordinate. We recommend Holden Beach grill and chill for beach wagon rentals.

Wonderful house, in a great location! This house is beautiful! We had family members and our teenagers brought some friends. Everyone could spread out- there was plenty of space. The beach is an easy walk. The owners provide nice beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas etc. We rented a grill because we weren't sure about propane- but their grill was much nicer then what we rented! Pool is awesome and the kids loved the pool floats. Beautiful sunrise view off the master bedroom deck. The back decks overlooking the pool were popular hangout spots. The teens loved the packman game. We brought a few 1000 piece puzzles and the table in the living room was perfect for this. We got fresh shrimp every day and the kitchen had everything we needed. We traveled with my in-laws, so the elevator was very handy. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and would highly recommend this property!

We really enjoyed our vacation and the house was very clean and well furnished. Short walk to the beach and the pool was great!

This property has ruined us for any other rental we could have in the future. The decor was so tasteful and gave the feeling of being at the beach without any of the “Traditional “ beach decor. Loved having the elevator for move in/ out. The pool was such a luxury. Daughter is already exploring rental for next summer.

We had three generations of family book this home for a week and it was incredible. The home itself is absolutely stunning. It is a very short walk to the nearest public beach access. We had 7 kiddos with us and it was so close that not a one complained about the walk! We had the best time making memories here (including seeing a double rainbow out the dining room windows one evening) We would not hesitate to book again!
