Private West End oceanfront home with excellent private beach access in gated community. Ocean and Inland waterway views. Interior completely remodeled in 2024 with many upgrades and new furnishings. New kitchen and kitchen appliances, new bathrooms, new flooring and paint throughout. Four large bedrooms each with full private bath and TVs with Netflix. Bedroom TV's are 32" with exception of Loft Bedroom that has a 50" HDTV. Great room includes living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen w/breakfast counter and 75" HDTV with Netflix and WIFI. Washer/dryer. Ceiling fans in each room. Large, full width sun deck with lounge chairs and cushions, rockers and dining tables with chairs. Large 36' x 16' unheated swimming pool with lounge chairs, cushions, rockers, tables and chairs. Boardwalk directly to shoreline. Enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water, park style charcoal grill and ample space under home and outside paved parking.
Bed Linens (Beds in Bedrooms only) are provided for Weekly Rentals only. No Towels provided but can be rented.
