Had a great experience overall only improvements i would recommend would be a lock for trash bin(had to cleanup trash )first morning from critters opening it up and some darker curtians for bedrooms

Upon Arrival, we were so excited to be there. Walking in, things looked clean but as we started to put away groceries etc, we noticed there was dried food on the cabinets and there was pretzels upstairs on the floor. I felt like it really wasn't that clean.

(1) Moose-Behaving is at the bottom of Bear Creek Crossing; very limited "scenic view" of Smokies.
(2) 3 TVs w/remotes synced to specific TVs; remotes were not in assigned locations/had to figure this out. Living Room remote difficult to use; should be replaced.
(3) Icemaker would cycle but no ice produced. After first day, discovered water supply to icemaker had been shut off. Worked fine once water was turned on.
OVERALL, a relaxed and enjoyable week of doing absolutely nothing productive. Have been at Eden Crest for several years and will be returning in 2018.
