Enjoy the private ocean front balcony of this gorgeous condo in Surfside Beach. Gorgeous freshly renovated oceanfront two bedroom, first floor, condo in the small Cape Coddages I building.

This is a really cute oceanfront two bedroom with a great pool, beach and ocean view. New countertops, cabinets, floors, paint, furniture, kitchenware, etc. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, ample closet space and a full bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a TV, there is a full bath nearby. The living room couch is a queen size sofa sleeper.

If you prefer a quiet complex, without crowds and traffic, here's your vacation home. Complex has a courtyard on south side with a charcoal grill. Condo includes one assigned parking space so no searching for an open space upon arrival to this vacation home.

Located at 713 South Ocean Blvd, you can take a short walk to the Surfside Beach Pier and all its local restaurants and shops. Just a short drive gets you to shopping, golf, and other attractions along the Grand Strand. Or, just relax on the over-sized balcony or the beach.
