A fully equipped kitchen has a granite topped island, stainless steel appliances and spacious cabinets for all your culinary needs. Two spacious bedrooms each have a private bath and a bonus room offers additional sleeping accommodations for extra guests.
The unit is within a comfortable walking distance to restaurants, shops, entertainment venues and a 5-minute walk to the beach! The unit is perfect for a small gathering, an intimate getaway or a fun-filled water sports vacation, Las Marinas is an ideal South Padre Island bay side retreat!
Each reservation is provided with a STARTER KIT of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters, olive oil, and salt & pepper). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: condiments and spices, cleaning wipes, bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit.
