We really enjoyed our visit and the family that own the apartment were very helpful and friendly .I

It was a lovely location ,nice views but the laneway on approach to the apartaments very unsightly with an old abandoned caravan and boat and a mountain of rubble and iron .

Just the approach to the apartaments.The drinking mugs were stained and cracked .Maybe a change of towels mid week would be good .

Beautiful bay and mountains voe

The living room was huge, sofa, dining table, air-conditioning. Kitchen corner had everything needed. Bedroom was good, big bed one can access from both sides. Balcony is easily for four people with a great view on the city, bay and mountains. There were washing machine available. 3 balconies at total.

Kitchen corner is under the stairs so not that suitable for tall person. Bathroom should be bigger, or Al least the shower.

Great Views. Good Value. In direct airport flight path.

we stayed in #3 unit and all pics are accurate including the fantastic view. Aida was great, no issues with the host.

the entire city is directly in the airport flight path. 60+ landings a day = every 15 min or so between 7am to 11pm. planes are wheels and flaps down ready to land close! it’s ok if you’re out on tours or at the rock beaches. There are 18 steps to unit 1&4 and another 16 to unit 2&3. not bad once you get there, views are great. also the units are above an auto body shop which work daily, but it’s not a hindrance. also bolt, uber, taxi can’t find the address so Aida needs to get that fixed…pretty easy. possibly get a microwave and spatula for cooking. eating out is expensive, but that’s normal for vacation towns.

Bright and very clean accommodation, check in & out very straight forward.

The apartment is very clean & bright with good balcony space. The pictures reflect what you get on arrival.

Bathroom & shower space is a little small but not an issue for us. Some additional towels would have been useful for our stay. We had booked a twin but received a double set up but wasn't an issue as the bed space was fine.

Relaxing, peaceful stay with fabulous views

Great location within an easy walk to the centre of Cavtat. Very quiet and balcony wasn’t overlooked by other properties. Clean and spacious with an amazing view! Watching the sunset was a highlight. Owner was lovely but you’ll need to use Google translate! Payment in cash only but it wasn’t a problem as we had asked beforehand and knew what to expect. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Large Apartment,great views ,very comfortable

Large spacious one bedroom apartment only a few minutes walk from town Centre. Large bedroom and comfy bed with a large balcony with great news. Good sized living area and dining area. Small Kitchenette which is ok for breakfast and Lunch preperation. very clean and tidy when we arrived. I would recommend that the Kitchenette is upgraded especially the Fridge to the standard of the rest of this spacious comfortable apartment which would make this apartment excellent. All said a very comfortable place and great views

Feedback and Suggestions- - Cooker/oven needs upgrading. - The 2 plug sockets In the Kitchenette are very loose - washing machine door catch/unlock mechanism doesn't work ,so you have to use brute strength and the correct right and upward pull to get it open. - some large mugs would be great as the tea cups are tiny and a good bread knife Minor suggestions didn't prevent an enjoyable stay in a comfortable apartment.

relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings.

Stunning view from a comfortable property. Comfortable seating and beds. A 5-8 minute walk into the town. Cavtat is a beautiful , clean area. The apartments are above a garage but that didn’t cause any issues. Well equipped and many of the things detailed in previous reviews as not being in the apartment now are. It was great to do my washing in the machine that is in the bathroom and bring home a suitcase of clean clothes. Would not hesitate to return to these apartments if going back to Croatia.

A lounger on the balcony would have been nice and more info about the area , shop opening times, bus times etc.

The apartment was modern, light and airy and the most beautiful view ! It was very clean and comfortable. There was everything you would need . A washing machine is there, so you can do some washing and hang it out on the airer on a balcony. Air conditioning was also there ,which was a life saver ,as we were there for the heat wave! A very comfortable apartment,I would recommend it.

The apartment is a little difficult to find , there was no name on the wall or door , but the owner did come out to meet you . Also don't be put off by the fact you have to go through a scrap yard to get to it , I think the owner also runs a mechanic business. But once you're there it's fine . A lot of steps down into cavtat also.

Very relaxing and everything that we had hoped for.

Amazing view over Cavtat and the sea from the balcony. Very clean and well-prepared apt. Air-conditioning worked well and a fridge and washing machine included. Excellent value for money iat any time of year but especially in May and October. Airport 10 minutes away and transfers can be arranged by the host. Cavtat has numerous resaraunts serving quality food and great settings. The centre is about 10 minutes walk downhill and there is an hourly bus that stops above the apt. with a short walk back down. Feries to Dubrovnik go frequently and take up to an hour but the journey is very scenic. There is also an hourly bus to the city. We look forward to returning in the near future.

Nothing to speak of. The apt. is under the flight path to the airport (as is the whole of Cavtat) but you soon get used to the noise and you don't get disdurbed once the balcony doors are shut.

Great View and close to the town.

The view was amazing, as good as it gets really, we enjoyed a beer on the balcony most evenings before going down the town. Bed was comfortable and temperature in apartment was perfect for sleeping, there is Aircon in the sitting room. it's perfect for a short stay, we were there for 9 nights so we would have liked a better equipped kitchen like toaster, sharp knife and better glassware etc. Numbers on the doors would be a good idea too. The lovely town of Cavtat is only a few mins walk and up hill on the way back but good for the exercise. The dark carpark you have to walk through is a little unnerving if alone but fine when you're with someone, there isn't many lights. Our host Aida was lovely, limited English but easy to communicate with, her son's were very nice too. All emails were replied to very quickly and we could check in early which was great.

We stayed for 9 nights which is long and we like to cook the odd night but kitchen is small & basic and made cooking hard, limited equipment. Would like bigger wine glasses and glasses for beer, a proper toaster would be great too. There was no bags for the bin and no sweeping brush or dustpan but we asked our host and we got the brush and pan very quickly. It's only a five minute walk to the lovely town but the apartment is at the back of a big car park which is dark at night time, I would not walk there on my own as a women but fine with someone else. The tv wasn't great but we dont really watch tv on holidays anyway.

Superb location in Cavtat, apartment needs an upgrade!

Apartment Aida is superbly located in Cavtat with free parking facilities. It’s just a 5min walk down to the centre, abundant with restaurants/bars. Our room had a nice balcony overlooking the bay :) Friendly owners. Mikela spoke good English so communication wasn’t a problem. She guided us with handy info on Cavtat. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you would need for a week’s stay. Really enjoyed using the toaster/grill. The neighbourhood was very peaceful, enabling a good night’s sleep. Washing machine is very convenient.

In spite of all facilities provided, the apartment and equipment really needs an upgrade/renovation. Cracked coffee mugs, broken shelf in the fridge, tiny shower cubicle where you hurt yourself while bathing, shower head without a height adjustable clasp, very dirty soap dispenser in the washing machine, no black-out curtains in the bedroom, extra bed (sofa cum bed) wasn’t quite comfortable for a long stay. A little attention to the apartment will make a big difference.

Mugs and glasses provided were OK but would have been good to have some large mugs for tea/ coffee and some 0.5l glasses for beer Also, strangely, no provision of dustpan and brush

Stor, fin lägenhet med härlig balkong under tak.

Jättefint område att bo på! Endast några minuters promenad till centrum. Bra läge till fina stränder och nära till flygplats.

Cavtat, tosi hyvä vaihtoehto Dubrovnikin lomalle

Matkakumppani vietti tyytyväisenä joka päivä tovin omistajan pojan autokorjaamossa, joka sijaitsi talon alakerrassa. Mitään häiriötä ei korjaamosta majoittumiseen aiheutunut. Sijainti oli tosiaan mainio, vähän ylämäkeä ja rappusia, mutta ei paha (62v ja 82v). Ja parvekkeen näköala tietty aivan ihana. Yli lentäviä koneita oli kiva pongailla ja niihin myös tottui nopeasti.

Teemukeille tekisi hyvää pyöräyttää ne astianpesukoneessa.
