Lovely views, a short walk from centre of town but with steps and hills not really suitable for reduced mobility guests. The apartment was very comfortable and well equiped

Needed a bit of maintenance, door handle to small patio was broken, shower did not drain well and 4 coffee mugs were badly cracked.

It was spotless and adequate for me as a single occupant. Bathroom and kitchen facilities were good and some of the equipment brand new. Also the location was excellent, within walking distance of everything in the town and superb view from balcony. Good value for money.

There need to be a few refinements to get better ratings. If there were more than 1 or 2 occupants, at the very least, need another mirror other than just the bathroom. If people were using the sofa bed, there would be nowhere at all to put their luggage or personal belongings. Basic health and safety surely means extra sockets in the kitchen area, rather than one socket above the sink. Also, no covering to windows if people are sleeping on the sofa bed
