Beautiful views, perfect location

My sister and I absolutely loved our stay at Rina's apartments. The view is magical , the balcony is fantastic and having a terrace with recliners to lay in the sun and admire the view was an amazing extra bonus. The location is perfect, so close to restaurants, shops ,swimming spots etc The apartment was spacious with high ceilings , very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and I'd stay again in a heartbeat. I miss Cavtat already. Marija and Rina are lovely, generous, helpful and kind. Leanne and Debbie

Stunning location, plenty of restaurants and bars, close to bathing areas.

Stunning views from the terrace - north west facing. Spacious and immaculately clean 2-bedroom apartment. Large private terrace. Excellently located 5 min walk to bus stop for day trip to Dubrovnik. 10 min walk to Marina. Hosts were attentive, welcoming, and knowledgeable.

No negatives. Cavtat is under the flight path to Dubrovnik airport. The floor can be a bit slippery to and from the street to the apartment. Payment is cash or bank transfer not credit card. These points are more for information rather than negatives.

Perfect location with the best view in Cavtat. Lovely spacious apartment, comfortable beds, very clean and everything needed provided. The patio area outside and the extra sunbed area were great. Loved our stay.

Spacious 2 bed apartment with large balcony & harbour views in a stunning town

Fabulous location with great views. In the quieter of the 2 Cavtat bays, within easy walking of the fabulous restaurants and bars, with sea swimming so close. It would be hard to find a bad restaurant in Cavtat, many with great sea views. The owner was lovely, friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious.

Nothing in the apartment, but the neighbouring hotel exhibited some air conditioning or extractor fan noise. We blanked it out of our minds (like white noise).

Apartment is more than comfortable and host are accommodative. Location is very good, especially good for families with babies. Basically, apartment is one flight of stairs away from nice Cavtat beaches. I recommend this place.

Marija was a great host who looked after us really well including helping to sort out our pre-flight COVID tests at the airport. Large spacious apartment with loads of storage space. Well equipped kitchen. Water supply always hot and very powerful. Lots of towels provided. Washing machine in bathroom. Bed very comfortable with fresh white linen. Location in Tiha bay excellent. Very quiet. Short flat walk into town and promenade in one direction and lovely beach in the other direction. Crowning glory is the magnificent terrace. There is a spacious private balcony and also a huge terrace with your own sunbeds all facing the fabulous view across the bay. There is a one way road between the apartment and the waterfront but it was very quiet with very little traffic. We enjoyed this apartment very much and are planning to return next year.

Perfect location, perfect apartment, perfect hosts!

The photos of this apartment do not do it justice! It is absolutely beautiful and in a fantastic location. We had the two bed top floor apartment with the balcony big enough for a dozen sun beds!We thoroughly enjoyed the lovely bars and restaurants within two minutes walk and also loved the way when we took the path through to Cavtat promenade, only a few minutes walk away, we had all the restaurants there to sample too!Finally, we cannot understand the one previous negative review. The host Maria and her family are on hand 24 hrs a day to answer questions or just to have a friendly chat. We can only think that the reviewer who left such a horrible review had confused Rina Cavtat with one of the other apartments he stayed in! If you are thinking of staying in Cavtat, please ignore this review and believe the many who agree with us that this place is a real find!

Clean and comfortable apartment with own terrace directly at the sea. Nearest beach only 50m, other in the walking distance. Marija, the host was very friendly and helpful. Restaurants and shops directly at house but despite this is the place is quiet and calm. Airport reacheable in 10 minutes. Happy to come again.

unused potential - great view and location BUT dirty ap., old lowcost seedy furniture, mold, stale

perfect location - the best of the best in front of the sea great view from terrace spacious terrace spacious apartament friendly owner, apatament was ready in the morning, good communication

the apartment was tidy at firts sight but not clean at all apartament was stale and furnished with old ugly lowcost furniture like from office from 80' towels were rough as sanpaper before we used the washing machine we need to clean it from mold mold in the shower dishes and cups were not clean as whole kitchen internet signal was low windows and balcony should have blinds because of morning sunshine also comfort was reduced by neighborhood hotel's strong central air conditioning which made considerable noise and also we woke up every morning about 7.30 when dustmans carried garbage from the hotel restaurant for a few minutes unfortunately we have never been in such an unclean and shabby apartment, it was like a lowcost students dormitory with great view and totally unused potential of such great location, so we spend the most time at terrace or outside of apartment during our travel in Croatia we had 5 different accomodations and this one was the worst and the most expensive one we were really disappointed

Perfect apartment at the seafront for a good price

Everything was perfect. Good location between the best beach in Cavtat and the city center just at the seafront. Exceptional view from the balcony, which was huge with a lot of space. The whole apartment looked new and was well equipped. We stayed in the largest one on the top floor. This was the first accommodation I've seen on booking that looked better in the reality than in the photos. We spent 6 nights there and we absolutely enjoyed it. To sum up, I would rate this visit as clear 10/10, since this apartment went beyond what we were expecting (taking also the price into consideration) and had everything we needed.

Morning coffee with seaview

The location is best of the best. Marija is very friendly and ready to help any time. The apt is clean, comfy and has a lovely balcony with seaview. Just a minute walk to the nearest beach. Close to everything you may need for a comfortable stay: restaurants, different beaches, shops, bus station, promenade.
