The house we rented was new as well as the street. Older GPSs may have difficulty, but clear directions were supplied before we arrived. Keep in mind this is bear country. One was spotted in the neighborhood going through a construction trash container near a new home being built. No danger to us, but be aware. Many things nearby, including restaurants, and a supermarket. A community outdoor pool was across the street from our house. We were only 2, but the house can accommodate up to 10, including bunk beds for kids.
