All About the View: Gatlinburg Cabin of Your Dream Getaway.

The cabin was amazing! Tons of room and the views were beautiful! Kids had plenty to keep them entertained. Hot tub was fairly dirty, definitely didn’t look like the water had been drained from the last use. Other than that the cabin was very clean. There is nothing is stock in the kitchen, so come prepared. Rental company was easy to reach and super helpful. Location is away from the crowds, but close enough you could go if you wanted. We would definitely come back.

Was super excited to see a bear within minutes of arriving.. House was super spacious and perfect. Thanks for a great family weekend.

Very clean and spacious! The bedrooms are huge and beds are comfy! The kitchen table is huge and fit everyone nicely. The location is great and close to everything!

Overall, we had a decent stay, but there were several inconveniences that affected our experience. The two main issues were the WiFi and the hot tub. The Wi-Fi did not work at all during our stay. Although we were able to connect using the provided network and password, it consistently showed "connected with no internet." We contacted staff twice and were told someone would come to fix it, but no one ever did. Because the Wi-Fi was unavailable, we were also unable to use any of the TV streaming apps, which limited our ability to watch movies together as a family.The hot tub was another disappointment.While it was initially warm, the temperature dropped by about five degrees every fifteen minutes, and the water level was not even full.It also did not appear clean and was barely functioning. Additionally, the pool table had several broken parts, including the nets that catch the balls and one side of the table.On a positive note, the beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable, and the cabin itself was nice. We simply wish that all amenities had been fully functional and better maintained, as that would have made the stay much more enjoyable.
