Kolea #16E is in the only beachfront complex in the Waikoloa Resort. NO RESORT FEES. Unlike other resorts, Kolea #16 does not charge any resort fees. This property is located on the famous Anaeho'omalu Bay, a 4 minute walk away through the Beach Club.
***DISCLOSURE: We would like to inform you of a scheduled Asphalt Maintenance Project taking place
from September 2, 2025, through September 26, 2025. Each building will only lose access to assigned parking (carports or garages) for 24 hours during the project. Building 16 is scheduled to be affected Sept 8, 2025. Main roadways will remain accessible throughout the duration of the work to ensure continued flow of traffic.
